Features

Everything Koletta does today. Nothing here is a roadmap.

Every feature on this page is live now. What is still being built is listed at the end.

Work smarter

Know every account before you dial.

A ranked list each morning, a plain-English summary on every account, and outcomes logged in one tap.

  • Priority worklists

Every morning each collector gets a ranked list. Scores use balance, age, last contact, and promise status.

  • Rundown summaries

A plain-English summary of every account at the top of the page. No more scrolling through years of notes.

  • Quick outcome chips

Log No Answer, Left Message, Right Party, or Promise with one tap.

Rundown Generated from notes, calls, payments, and promises

Cooperative but slow. The owner has answered twice and promised to pay after a job closed; the second promise was missed on the 14th. No dispute on record. Last real contact was a call with the owner nine days ago.

Priority worklist

Every morning, a ranked call list.

Your team knows who to call first, without you sorting the list. Every row says why it scored.

Automate

Demand letters on schedule. A person sends each one.

First, second and final demands come up when due. A reply pauses the sequence; a dispute, bankruptcy or attorney stops it.

  • Demand sequence

First demand on placement, then the second and the final on schedule after it. Each one comes up ready to send when it’s due, so nobody has to remember.

  • Smart auto-stop

Any email reply pauses the sequence automatically, and a bounced address is taken out of it. A dispute, a bankruptcy, or attorney representation stops it once your team records it on the account, and so does closing the account. A person decides what happens next.

  • Replies inbox

Matched replies are saved to the account. Unmatched replies go to an inbox for review. An unmatched reply pauses nothing until someone attaches it to an account.

  • Your own mailbox

Emails send from your agency’s own address, not a Koletta address.

Manage

See the whole agency. Without pulling a report.

Charts by collector, roles that limit what each person sees, statuses in your words, and client statements.

  • Command Center

Charts of letters, accounts worked, and collections by collector, for today, this week, this month, the last 30 days, or the last year.

  • Roles

Admin, Manager, and Collector, each seeing only what they should.

  • Your statuses, your words

Name statuses your way. Koletta maps them to what they mean, so automation still works.

  • Client statements

Per-creditor reports: placed, collected, fees, net remittance.

Every figure here is a count from the demo agency. The real page also shows recoveries by collector, plus call and contact counts where your phone system’s daily call report is imported.
